[Koha] Fines log not logging staff who collected fine

      Hello all,

I have turned on logging of fines activity on koha 3.00.01, but when i check the logs, all staff are recorded with id 0. Clicking this gives a message that the user does not exist.

Anybody with fines logging working? Is this a bug? Any work around? Any pointers towards a solution is appreciated.
