[Koha] Arabic Translation of Koha

Hello everyone, I've been recently working on translating Koha to Arabic, however I can across this article on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koha_(software) ) that says that Koha was already translated to Arabic. I didn't see any arabic PO files in the main Koha distribution though. So I just want to know if Koha was translated to Arabic or not, and if it was translated then where is the Arabic PO file.
