Newbie questions:
RFC is Request for Change, Request for Comment?
Request for Comments - see http://foldoc.org/RFC
What is the status of these RFCs? Are these features that developers are committed to, or something weaker than that? (i.e., will they definitely in appear in 3.2?)
They're weaker than that by being RFCs, but several will be more committed in practice. Being an RFC really means that someone was thinking about it. Ideally, they should get linked to bugs.koha.org pages or roadmap3.2 which will help to follow their status. However, there's a lot of stuff on roadmap3.0 which seems out-of-date now - anyone willing to find time or funding to review Koha's project management?
