[Koha] Label Creator

Hi All, I am trying to create label from koha label creator and quick spine label. But when I download it in pdf(using label creator), it doesn’t open any file and shows message “ couldn’t open pdf” . And when I create it from quick spine label, it asks me barcode and then shows a page to print but the page has no label on it and is empty. What might be the issue?
