The notes for debian 5 (INSTALL.debian in the koah download) or Ubuntu 8 http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=koha_3_install_guide_ubuntu_hardy will probably be 90% accurate.
I don't know if anyone has specific notes for 9.10 yet?
