I'm sorry to be responding so tardily. I don't believe there is a way to un-receive items. If the basket is not closed, I suppose the items could be deleted from the basket. If the basket is closed and you want an open order, you may have to create another order for the item. My workflow here is to close baskets once all the items have been received and invoices and other information have been verified.
