Access denied for user 'kohaadmin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Context.pm line 692.
I am facing exactly the same problem.
It either means the MySQL password you specified during the Koha command-line installation process doesn't match the password configured for the 'kohaadmin' MySQL user or the 'kohaadmin' user doesn't have the right privileges to access the database.
