Hi Daniel, only a guess: are you working in Koha with the user login created during installation? You should always create a patron category for staff and a user in that category with all permissions and a set branch. The 'root' user should only be used for updates, not for configuration and working in Koha. Katrin

I'm trying to print the label to put on the book. I'm already created a label layout and template if i go to Batches i have this error message

and this
There are no items in Batch 1 yet Add items by barcode using the text area above or leave empty to add via item search.
Any idea?
