[Koha] Subtitles (245b) not appearing in staff client

Our staff users are not seeing 245b subtitles in the staff client. They do appear in the OPAC. I'm assuming I've missed a config step, but can't find anything. Googling points me to the XSLT prefs, but those only appear in the OPAC section of the administration and are both On. Nothing in the Staff Client config area looks appropriate.
