Hey Paul, Seems like a network issue. Try first to ping from the Koha server the email server and z39 server. Then you can check the port connection via telnet. Beste Grüße, Eugen Bastron

We recently changed the IP of our server that we self host Koha on and these functions no longer work. Our firewall has very little outbound blocked. Any ideas on what to check? I posted a similar post on the Koha community on Mattermost.
