MJ - I was able to get an HTML version of the table. I can't edit the 3.0 manual either - something that's being looked into - but do you have an edit tab on the 3.2 manual pages? Maybe if we had edit access to Plone, someone might be able to give advice on how to include it in a format that will print in that Plone. Without access to the Plone edit interface, people would be just guessing based on the manuals and other sites.
For now, try screenshotting the Google chart and pasting an image based on it into the manual?
