It is my understanding that this was a bug in Koha 3.14 that was later fixed. My further understanding is that the a scanned barcode was causing the "Enter" to be processed before the form was complete.

I've got a major problem in that the barcode reader reads a book on checkout or checkin but fails to do either.
How does the output of the scanner differ from the hand-typed barcode?
