Isn't Raleigh RedHat's HQ? Find them at www.redhat.com but I don't know if they do koha. I checked the list of US people at http://www.koha.org/installation/support.html but there's no-one in NC listed yet. I also looked at the consultants list on www.debian.org and found www.camelcity.com who look reasonable, but I don't have any direct experience with them. Hope that helps.
