Hi Sheldon, You may need to touch upon few files; Add/Disable (not showing) of search fields like name etc can be performed in masthead.inc ideally full file path would be: /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/prog/en/includes/masthead.inc then update bib1.att to support patron card number; then update ccl prop file. then update the index files koha/zebra index (refer link1).
