[Koha] New SIP Problem

      Has anyone come across this error?

<login> element has non-unique value in 'id' key attribute: selfc1 at
/Sip/Configuration.pm line 33

Had SIP2 Server running fine last night on Koha3. Had to stop SIP server
to change login and password, and now I am getting this message.
Rebooted server. Still getting message. 

Is this a bug? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
