Hi Shiyas. I couldn't reproduce the problem you seem to have. Could you please explain the steps you followed to reach that error? In which version of Koha? I see you install as root in dev mode into /home/student/koha-dev. Dev mode allows you to install as a normal user ; you should run install with your user.
