If you can see the append pdf check the barcode. The X and Y location are corrected, but the barcode is too big.
1. Are you using any images with your patron cards? 2. The problem with the over-sized barcode is a problem with the code which scales the barcode. It has been a challenge to get this to fix all cases. Bug 2409 (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2409) addresses a similar issue. Most are working around this by starting with longer card numbers. Kind Regards, Chris
