[Koha] Koha without a2dismod mpm_event or Koha php-fpm on the same box?

Hello Everybody, In the past, I installed a Koha running out of Ubuntu 16.04. Everything is OK. But, Koha cannot use as CMS to interact with readers as my expectation. So, I installed Drupal CMS. The problem: - Drupal is recommended run with PHP 7.1 - PHP 7.1 will run well with php-fpm - php-fpm cannot enable with mpm_prefork, but mpm_event - mpm_event cannot play with itk - Without itk, AssignUserID cannot be accepted by Apache 2.4 How can I run Koha as www-data user, not koha instance user?
