Welcome from me as well - and as Documentation Manager it would be wrong for me to not point you to the MarcEdit documentation :) http://koha.org/documentation/tutorial/using-marcedit/view?searchterm=marced... Nicole On Tue, Oct 20, 2009 at 9:58 AM, Owen Leonard <oleonard@myacpl.org> wrote:
Hi Laurie, welcome!
We are brand new users of Koha Express.
For anyone who isn't aware, "Koha Express" is the name of a service LibLime is offering, using "the most current Koha Project release." You're in luck Laurie, because 3.2 is just around the corner and it's got lots of bug-fixes and enhancements.
there are some things (MARCedit) I haven't tried yet.
I don't know if you saw it, someone posted a link the other day about a new mailing list that might be useful if you're getting into MARCedit:
"You can subscribe to MARCEDIT-L at https://listserv.gmu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=marcedit-l&A=1"
I notice that one of the enhancements LibLime offers for Koha Express customers is OPAC Customization. I write about OPAC customization on my Koha Blog here: http://www.myacpl.org/koha. If you've got some HTML and CSS skills you can do a lot on your own!
