[Koha] Catalist to Koha conversion

Hi all. We are assisting a local primary school with a conversion from Catalist to Koha. I just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction to get us started. I see in the list that there were some questions about this back in 2003, and that "The original Koha install was done with data from Catalist."
