[Koha] Where discuss RFCs ?

Hi to all, I write this mail to koha and koha-devel mailing lists because this topic is quit wide. So where do you think we need to discuss RFC? An example is this RFC: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Analytic_Record_support The original post is from Bywater Then in the "talk" section there is a replay of Savitra Sirohi. I want to add my considerations also (a user asked us a develop about analytics on unimarc). But where ? In the main section of the wiki page ? In the "Talk" section ? On the mailing lists ?
