hi i am using koha 2.2.8 i have problem in issuing rules.
Koha 2.2.8 must be at least five years old by now. This version is completely unsupported. Please consider upgrading to a recent version of Koha, otherwise it is not very likely that somebody will be able to answer your questions. -- Mirko
