[Koha] backing up files after crash

So our server crashed (don't ask, it was my fault, I broke ubuntu) anyway, after a couple of days of getting lots of help from the folks in #ubuntu on freenode It is officially unresurectable. I can get chroot access and pull any files I may need off of it but I can't run a report of any kind. Is there a way for me to grab stuff for backup so I don't have to start from scratch?
