To the collective brain…..
Our library system is new to Koha. We’ve recently migrated to version 3.6 and are trying to organize/set up our acquisitions workflow.
Is it possible to invoice in Koha? (Create an invoice; charge received orders to the invoice; pay the invoice, charging down related funds.)
Not in the way you are referring to here.
Is it possible to print out some sort of invoice summary or voucher listing the subtotals of each account charged down, within an invoice?
If you add your basket to a basket group when you close it it will prompt you to generate a Purchase Order - that is a PDF of your order. The problem here is that there are some hardcoded French strings in the PDF: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6394
How would we include shipping charges and processing charges in an invoice?
This is being fixed right now, but is not yet in Koha: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6504
Any info. would be greatly appreciated!
