We are running Koha 3.10. I accidentally deleted some files and now, after restoring from a backup, cannot get search to work. When we run zebra index, we get lots errors such as you can see below. (Searching gives 0 results.)

What files did you delete? And what kind of backup did you use? If you deleted Koha system files, a database backup (like the Debian packages provide) will not restore these.
