[Koha] Export database to koha and installing Koha

Dear Colleages, I need guidance with this problem: I have a winisis database with CEPAL format. I am willing to export it to Koha. How can I do it.I am eager to install Koha but when I get to the webinstaller it seems that I lost a step, that I don't know how to configure it. Thanks in advance,Paula GutiérrezLibrarian
