[Koha] Help on named stamp

We would like koha to display the name under the cataloging and circulation records.  We would want to identify the individual that catalogue a library item as well as the individual who issued an item to the customer/reader and to whom an item was returned. Something like:- catalogued by:                                          display under catalogue items Issued by:                                                Patron's Reading History Returned to:                                             Patron's Reading History Akin Adigun (MCP) Akinomatics Tel: +2348035565348, +2348029219271
