[Koha] KOHA upgrade from V20.05 to V22.11 (Browse by last name error)

Hello I finished upgrading koha version 20.05 to version 22.11, but when i tried to search for patron by clicking the letter of the last name this message shows ( Something went wrong when loading table . 500 Internal server error. then lots of " Month out of range message". How do i fix this kind of error? I tried to overwrite the patron by uploading new list of patrons but nothing change. Thank you!
