I'll check on whether it was a full or partial rebuild. I ran a report (pulling from a range of biblio numbers that includes the problem one), and the offending biblio did not appear, though it still shows up in the catalogue search results. We have a test site which we try to keep as close as possible to the production site. The offending biblio is properly deleted there, and the name authority only has two records associated with it, which is the correct number. A couple of things that might help:
- Have you run a full zebra reindex or only partial? I'll go for a full reindex - If you run a report that looks for the "deleted" biblio by name, author and/or record number, what does you get?
If in any of the reports you get something, then for some reason the biblio was not completely deleted; if not it should point to a index error.

We've run a zebra index and it didn't make any difference. Any ideas on what's causing the problem? Where we should look? I just did a couple batch edits and uploads, but this particular record was not in either of those batches.
