[Koha] Adding Stop Words

Does anyone know how to add stop words to a Koha instance using Zebra? I think they need to be added to the word-phrase-utf.chr file, but the formatting in that file is not clear to me. I would like to add the words 'and' and 'or' because I notice that if you do a search with them Zebra is using them as search terms, which is a behavior I do not want.
