Hello, Jonathan! In our latest exchange, on 17 Nov. 2020 at 7:03 PM [JST], you wrote: The credentials from the koha-conf.xml file cannot be used to login

I tried superlibrarian. Failure. If it happens again -- it has happened several times over the last week or so -- I'll try my regular user. By the way, it's Koha 20.05 on Debian Stretch. Or use the misc/devel/create_superlibrarian.pl script to create a
superlibrarian user.
Suppose we already have a superlibrarian, and we sign in as tim. What happens to the already existing superlibrarian? Is this the complete path? I'm new to the Linux environment, and I know from experience that if you miss a slash in the beginning of the path, you get something else. Thank you for the help.
