I think that's a simple oversight, we need to update the Hea configuration files to cover the newer system preferences. See the bug below for some discussion on it: *Bug 22546* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22546> - MaxFine is not recorded in HEA Katrin
