[Koha] OPAC online access not working

Dear all, Currently running 3.12 and have noticed a problem with online access via our OPAC. When hover over the "Click here to access online", it shows "http://translib.neouniverse.com.au:83/cgi-bin/koha/" instead of the specific URL stated in MARC 856$u for the title. This problem affects both the search result and item detail screens. Have I missed something? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
