[Koha] Adding few Koha libraries in our regions to Koha Users Worldwide wiki page

Hello, Koha Users Worldwide ( http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_Users_Worldwide) pages include hundreds of libraries running on Koha from all over the world. I assume all of these libraries have been added by the libraries themselves. I am a registered user in Koha wiki and I can log in fine. However, I we ave been trying to add few Koha libraries in our regions to the wki page in a new region or a sub-section of an existing region but there is no Add/Submit button to find.
