what i did with a problem like this (no available item, but indeed there were) was dropped the koha database (either the original database or previously imported database), import my koha database into the present koha installation. Point to your koha admin in the web browser, and koha webinstaller will let you through until you go to database check and koha webinstaller will fix it. Now rebuild your zebra index.
