Do you mean that you are unable to get it to repeat the field, like described in this bug report? http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=910 I'm using dev_week, and I'm not able to repeat a repeatable field at all, although I can repeat subfields.
