I checked the Koha logs and found this script not found or unable to stat: /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/tools/upload-file-progress.pl
the file upload-file-progress.pl was deleted with bug 14321 https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14321 so don't copy it in your installation. 1)Are you sure that your file is a ISO 2709 file ? 2)Are you sure about your permission? Or are you a 'superlibrarian' ?
