I'm already run this record in another koha and it's working fine but the problem in 3.6 version which i upgraded today

Why not export a bunch of records and send it to he list, we can ingest them in other Koha and check If they're wrong or ok... and then you will know IF the records and bad or the system installation

This problem is to do with Zebra. Either its not started, or not configured correctly, or your indexes have not been created. Start at the last question on this page: http://koha-community.org/documentation/faq/
