Sounds to me like you're charging patrons in days suspension. You can update your circulation and fine rules to now suspend patrons in days when items are overdue. hi all.
We are using koha-3.2.1. After write off and paid fine of a patron who has overdue shows "Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 139 day(s)" when i try to cheek out a book for that patron.
