[Koha] Translation platform sync delay: 2nd call to translators to prepare this month's minor release

Hi, Due to a delay in getting the platform in sync with the to-be-released code, the new strings came Wednesday. So translators are advised to take another look to translate these: https://translate.koha-community.org/ The minor releases of 21.05.x 20.11.x 20.05.x 19.11.x will be around the 27th.
