Hi Elaine, I've used the custom search fields for other things like vendor information and notes fields successfully, but I think you are right, that it's not working for withdrawn. I just tested on master and it didn't work for me. I've filed a bug: *Bug 23847* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23847> - Custom item search fields don't work for Withdrawn In 19.11, withdrawn will be added to the standard search options and this worked well in my tests. I'd attempted an item search for items marked withdrawn. I added an item search field (Home › Administration › Item search fields) to search on 952 $0 using the authorised values for withdrawn. But when I run a search using that field, it turns up nothing. I know there are at least 11 items in the catalogue marked withdrawn (trying to double check I'm not missing any).
