I was just wondering if you can upload bookcovers so that they can be viewed in OPAC and also if it is possible to upload PDFs files for access in OPAC also?

Regarding book covers I don't know. Concerning PDF files in general, I think you can't. Koha is not a digital library per se, so it does not on its own let you store files. Yuu may want to use it in conjunction with tools such as Kete, D-space or others I'm not aware of but someone else may suggest. Hope this helps, Sébastien.
