[Koha] * Field 245 is mandatory, at least one of its subfields must be filled

Dear All,    I have recently installed Koha and testing its features, when I do a catalogue through Z39.50 search its taking the records fine but when I do a catalogue as “New Record” manually filling the necessary field and “Save record” its showing error like this even though the fields are filled,  “ * Field 245 is mandatory, at least one of its subfields must be filled. * Field 300 is mandatory, at least one of its subfields must be filled.”   After this error, I clicked the fields to check what was happened,  its creating one more empty field again and if I try to save the record its showing the same error, if I delete the extra field created nothing is working.  Any help.
