You can download Authority records, but only one at a time - it displays the ASCII format on the screen so you can copy/paste it into a text document for batch loading later. That is what we had been doing with our authority file until the Cataloger retired and they didn't replace her. Looking forward to 3.2 so that I can play with my authorities again...
