It's not clear to me what you are finding that's out of order. Is it the books on the shelf or the listing in the catalog?

As for downloading and printing the inventory, I gave up on that and just read the inventory list on a smartphone. Very portable, and the updates go live immediately. A tablet would be nicer, but isn't in the budget.
No one said anything about downloading & printing the inventory (shelflist?). That's the last approach I would want to use ;-) Technology's supposed to make things easier, after all ... Best, Cab Vinton Plaistow Public Library
