I wonder if they were looking for consortial features, and if so, if Evergreen might have been a better candidate than Koha (if either were considered at all). I don't know if there is an Evergreen support vendor in NZ either. Kōtui is a new shared library system operated by the National Library of New Zealand for subscribing public libraries.
