Hi Katrin, Thank you for your prompt reply. Shortly after posting my query I did try restarting koha-common but that didn't seem to help. However, we then rebooted the server and the queued jobs ran OK. We did notice on our server memory load graphs that the memory usage went up significantly as we were originally trying to queue the jobs and it eventually reached 100%, so we wonder if that caused some daemon to die. You could try restarting the koha-common service on your server to make sure all processes needed for the background jobs are running.

We are trying to run the batch modification tool on koha 22.11.20 to correct a number of items in our catalogue which have no "holding
defined. We can enqueue the job using the batch item modification tool but it never appears to run. Under Administration -> Manage Jobs we can see that the job is queued but there is nothing in the "Started" column and
