Not sure if it is what you are requesting, but does the system preference in the "Searching" section called "OPACItemsResultsDisplay" help you?

Unfortunately this only applies to the search results screen, not to the Lists view. I think a good argument can be made that *all* lists of titles should appear with the same kinds of details which appear in the search results screen: Lists, Cart, the user's checked-out items, etc, so I hope what Barbara describes will make it into a future version. -- Owen -- Web Developer Athens County Public Libraries http://www.myacpl.org
