Sounds to me like a bug - that only 20 reports show per page and maybe a paging link is missing from the template? Anyone tried to create this many reports before? I just tried to add my twenty-first notice, and after I save it I can't see it.
Is there a limit to the number of notices Koha (version 3.01.00.002) can manage? Do any of you have more than twenty notices?

ps: I had three notices that were mistakenly created in the catalog module instead of circulation. When I deleted these and tried to recreate them as circulation notices, I noticed this problem. I already tried naming my new notice entirely differently, with no resulting notice saved that way either.
