When my husband first ran the upgrade to 2.2.2b, we ran into problems with the OPAC handling the notes field. Now, when I am in cataloguing -> add biblio, I'm having trouble adding a biblio when it contains a special character. What I mean by this is that it seems to no longer be accepting records containing non English characters. My two books in question are One Hundred Years of Solitude by Marquez and Earth and Sky of Jack Dorme by Makine. Both authors have special characters in their names. When I go to add, everything seems normal on the first screen. When I go to switch tabs to flip through the MARC record, I can't. Has anyone else had trouble with this, or did something just go very wrong with this particular upgrade for us? We're running the plain old template. Thanks, Brooke @ Hinsdale MA ------=_NextPart_000_2EA76_01C55243.06AA2EB0 Content-Type: text/html Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Salvete!

When my husband first ran the upgrade to 2.2.2b, we ran into problems with the OPAC handling the notes field.
